Tom - admittedly it's confusing. This is a 'subcommittee meeting' so there's no fee. You should be able to indicate you only want access to subcommittee meetings and not pay a fee. I'll dig around for the exact way to do that if that doesn't get you there.
If you click through registration you'll eventually get to a spot where you can choose a $0 registration for subcommitee meetings only. I just did it - it's cumbersome but you'll get there.
I’d like to register for the Friday event but don’t see a link to do that without a substantial registration fee
